General Policies

We normally ship within 1-2 days from the time your order is received.

If you are covered by Medical Insurance, please provide via E-Mail the Medicare Number and other required information. We are required by law to file your claim for you. We are not able to ship internationally and will only accept orders within the United States.

Shipping Policies

To calculate Shipping Charges, add an item to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address zip code to see the available shipping methods and charges for your order.

Taxes

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

Return Policies

Returns must be within 30 days, with copy of sales receipt, and be in resaleable condition. Certain items may not be returnable.
